Hi! I’m Kirby.
I am a McAllen native who moved to Austin to go to The University of Texas (Hook ‘em!). After school, I was blessed to learn the ins and outs of construction & design in the creative hub that is Austin. With an expansive background spanning the last five years, construction & design have evolved from a job into my dream career.
My journey into construction wasn't just about breaking barriers; but about building dreams. As a woman thriving in an industry traditionally dominated by men, I have not only defied stereotypes but have emerged as a leader.
Over the years as a project manager, I have had plenty of practice navigating complex projects and ensuring their successful execution. The lessons learned through managing diverse construction projects have positioned me for the next chapter of my career – entrepreneurship.
Beyond the blueprints and construction sites, I am now charting my own path with a company built on the principles of honesty, detail, and inclusivity.
